SharePoint Developer

SharePoint Developer required for a six month contact working from home with site visits.

Responsibilities
• • Develop Web look Intranet Portal Collaboration Intranet Site and Branding on SharePoint platform
• • Build new landing page, department templates/pages, newsletter, banner and videos accessible to any device
• • Implement, deploy, package and maintain new intranet portal site and SharePoint site
• • Creating engaging user experiences using the SharePoint Publishing platform
• • Design and improve SharePoint publishing layouts and master pages
• • Design graphic layouts for Intranet and email communication campaigns
• • Create forms and workflows built on SharePoint Designer and InfoPath
• • Maintain relationships with Intranet business owners to identify opportunities for solutions and improvements
• • Continuously learn and seek information on modern SharePoint Intranet technologies
• • Code pages using HTML5, JavaScript, and Typescript, jQuery, CSS, SQL, Bootstrap or responsive design for all devices
• • Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management

About You
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
• • Must be able to provide examples of past SharePoint Intranet design work
• • Experience in a SharePoint designer/developer role using SharePoint online/O365
• • Experience in editing SharePoint Publishing Master Pages and Layouts
• • Experience in web design using Javascript, HTML5 and CSS
• • Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and related tools)
• • SharePoint Designer workflow and InfoPath forms creation
• • Basic knowledge and understanding of SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packing to deploy from DEV to PROD
• • Excellent knowledge around UI/UX
• • Familiarity with Modern SharePoint Communication Sites a plus
• • Familiarity with Microsoft Flow a plus.
