Experience in general: Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR and IR function preferably in a reputed company, at plant level.
Operating Payroll data software program.
Knowledge of plant HR, IR and Administration functions & exposure to Labor Laws as applicable to manufacturing set up.
Ensuring timely and accurate data processing related to human resource management.
Sustenance of Industrial Relations and general discipline at the plant
Contract labor administration ensuring statutory compliance.
Apt facility management and site security at the plant.
Ensure support in conducting regular training programs and follow up.
