Our client is seeking a Sr. Human Resource Generalist to join their team of professionals. This position is based in Irvine, CA
Support includes but is not limited to: advising on current legislation, attracting and retaining talent, and advising on employee relation issues. General responsibilities include coordinating human resources activities including recruiting, hiring, performance appraisal administration, immigration processing, termination, benefits administration, employee relations, and reporting.
Substantial Human Resources Generalist experience with a mid-sized professional service organization is preferred. It is important that the Human Resources Generalist have experience in recruiting, retention, employee relations, training, performance management, immigration, health and welfare plans, labor regulations, employee problem solving and workers compensation.
The ideal candidate will have experience working independently, with support from a global team. A minimum of five years of human resources generalist experience is preferred. T
This person must have professional appearance and maintain proper business etiquette. Highly desirable to have experience and proficiency with a Human Resources Information database system, UltiPro preferred.
