ABOUT COMPANY:
We are hiring for India’s leading Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer (IPP) with expertise in Utility Scale, Wind, Solar & distributed Solar projects, which generate energy for commercial and industrial sectors.

JOB TITLE: Supervisor.

EXPERIENCE RANGE: 3-8 years

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION : Diploma or Degree – Electrical

RESPONSIBILITIES:-
•Operation & Maintenance of 15 MWp ground mounted solar PV power plant AC & DC both side as a Engineer.
•Monitoring the plant operation and its performance by PLF, plant generation, auxiliary consumption, PR of plant.
•Preparation of daily analysis report of generation, auxiliary consumption, plant performance & MMR (Monthly management report).
•Maintaining the standard operation procedure (SOP) for equipment maintenance and switching operation.
•Planning the Maintenance activity, preventive maintenance schedule of equipment like power transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, Inverter, battery charger to prolong operation of plant life.
•Maintaining the records and documentation for O&M activity, preparing the weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually maintenance reports.
•Operation & maintenance of 66kv/11kv substation.
•Knowledge about the equipment testing of 66kv switch yard.
•Have able To Observe the Protection System of the Substation.
•Have able to observe the troubleshoot fault of HT & LT switch gears, Inverter, Power Transformer, CT ,PT Circuit Breaker (VCB & Sf6 CB), Remote Control Panel etc.
•Have able to observe troubleshoot protection of power transformer like Buchholz, OTI, WTI, PRV, OSR, MOG.
• Knowledge about the power transformer routine test like open circuit, short circuit, magnetic balance, IR value.
•Have able to Supervision of current transformer & potential transformer test like primary injection, secondary winding resistance, polarity etc.
•Have able to supervision of circuit breaker test like breaker timing, CRM & VCB HV test.
•Maintaining the record of all operation and maintenance activities on the side.
•Man power handling and checking all technical activities for effective generation.
