"TRS is looking for an experienced Supervisor – Equipment Static within the Oil & Gas Industry to join our well established international Client on the Mozambique LNG Project."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide static maintenance support to the field operations to manage asset operation to ensure the set production target are met and safeguard technical integrity.
• Ensure all PM/CM activities are carried out by contractor and drive performance to meet Directorate targets.
• Work closely with other members of the static integrity in the Integrity working group meeting.
• Ensure Contractor prepare the 90/14 day static equipment maintenance and inspection plan.
• Support/Co-ordinate static equipment corrective work, plans and requirements to reduce equipment downtime and communicate/coordinate plans with field operation to foster better understanding and execution of the set plan.
• Prioritize and plan static maintenance workload for all tanks, vessels, RVs, valves, On-Plot piping, pipelines and flowlines.
• Provide full site support to teams on Integrity revamp projects.
• Scope 'like for like' corrective spool/sectional replacement work in area.
• Request coastal Discipline Engineer support for specification changes.
• Ensure all long term/temporary, On-Plot piping, flowline/pipeline repairs - clamps, section replacement, etc gets carried out as per set plan by Contractors.
• Custodian of the asset temporary repair register and deviation management (FSR).
• Plan all major tank/vessel outages to reduce duration/deferment.
• Ensure all work orders are raised/issued and are executed on time as per set plan.
• Ensure equipment condition monitoring trending and analyses are carried out and resultant actions are included in the IAP.
• Provide static maintenance input into the Operations Business Plans/programme build for area.
• Ensure maintenance data quality in SAP/CIMS and drive improvements.
• Support the implementation TR in the Directorate for the discipline.
• Carry out QA/QC on completed CM/PM work.
• Provide input to field HSE plans and carry out own HSE activities.
• Manage annual static maintenance budget for area.
• Develop a motivated and competent static maintenance team in area.
• Carry out RCA on bad actors in own sphere to drive improvement.
• Be fully conversant with CP-185 (TI CoP) and ensure full compliance of static equipment in area.
• Support RBI/NDT techniques to increase maintenance efficiency.
• Liaise with Inspection function (UEOC/5) for any immediate & long term site Static requirements.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum tertiary qualification or certification / or equivalent experience related to field of work.
• Minimum 8-10 years proven recent work experience within Oil and Gas Industry.
• Considerable experience in the Mechanical Engineering discipline of which a significant portion has been spent in Static Maintenance
