A major refinery operator is currently looking to recruit a System Completion Lead (Main Automation and Control)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote SHEQ and demonstrate OSOOL in their daily work
- Maintenance and update of the completions database including daily updates.
- Promote the functions, abilities and philosophy of the Systems Completions throughout the project team
- Monitor in the field construction completions with regards to the completion status and organise joint party walk-downs and subsequent punch listing between construction and systems completion.
- EnsureAcceptance/Turnover of the DCS system from construction to the SC team/Operations team.
- Ensure SC teams Sign off of DCS punch lists.
- Witnessing and sign-off of the DCS Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
- Support the development of the SAT test sheets.
- Represent Systems Completion during integration of BMP systems into the current refinery DCS.
- Support the development of live cutback testing requirements (Dummy Runs).
- Support TTS with the development of the Reactor cutback programming logic.
- Support TTS with the development of the Catalyst handling sequence program logic, this is what controls the removal of spent catalyst from the reactors each day and the loading of the fresh into each reactor.
Required Experience
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of Project Systems Completion process.
- A Broad range of MAC discipline experience, both design and implementation at least 15 years within Construction /Completions/Pre-commissioning environment in the Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven qualification, experience and competency in Monitoring Automation and Control.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience of multicultural project team
- Familiar with API RP 1FSC specification
