Technical Analyst Job DescriptionSummaryThis position is primarily involved in work to support a centralized HR systems initiative. This position will lead the overall project effort to create processes and work flows associated with building a tracking tool in an existing talent database. This will expand the ability to track and maintain certifications, completed training, state licenses and various other craft/field tools.ScopeThe purpose of this position is to manage the front end of talent tracking database for the craft and field staff. This position will lead a small team to develop the scope, work flows and general work processes needed for the back-end development team to build in the existing database. The Technical Analyst will need to interact heavy with the Craft Services team to develop an action plan to build the road map for this project. Upon building the road map for the overall project, the Technical Analyst will need to assign work appropriately, deadlines and deliverables for the project.Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities•Maintain a working knowledge of Company specific Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, programs, and create a system that displays which standards are portable from job to job and how often they need to be updated•Manage the travel schedule of the team (including their own travel schedule) to go visit projects to develop work flowsfor using the system•Work with corporate HSE to create a standard for which certifications and trainings are portable and which are not•Work with the HRIS teams to help with developing database tags and standards, so that applicable training and certifications can be made universal and used appropriately•Work with all business line HR to understand the needs of their specific types of projects•Work with construction General Foreman to understand the extensive certifications that exist on a craft by craft basis and create a catalogue for each craft•Intelligently align the craft catalogues of certifications within tables for the end users to understand and appropriatelyimplement•Work through the logic of how the certifications will flow into supporting HR systems, SAP and BrassRing•Visit nuclear construction project sites to develop a system to capture site documents and store them in the appropriate systems•Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines•Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines•Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff•Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards•Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies•Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job•Will need to travel to attend to business related matters•Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality•Other duties as assigned*Basic Job Requirements•Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and ten (10) years* of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to fourteen (14) years* if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements•Must have extensive knowledge relating to HRIS systems•Must be able to travel to project sites•Must have demonstrated project experience on mapping HRIS systems•Must be able to lead a team of up to 4•Must have experience as a Business AnalystOther Job Requirements•Ability to communicate ef
