Training Administrative Assistant

Our client, a leading EPCM with projects worldwide, is currently recruiting for a Training Administrative Assistant to join their team in Kitimat, BC. This candidate will be responsible for organizing badges of new contractors on site and keeping a database for all orientation and onboarding procedures.
 

In this very exciting role, the qualified candidate will support the project by registering orientation attendees, setting up orientation presentation rooms, and preparing necessary new-hire packages. Some duties include producing site access badges, processing applications for vehicle passes and logging all activity into the database system.
 

Qualifications:
-          Previous large scale Industrial Construction Site experience
-          5 years of administrative experience
-          High school Diploma is required
-          Office Administration certification is preferred
-          Locals to Terrace and Kitimat are preferred
