Our client, a leading EPCM with projects worldwide, is seeking a Turnover Coordinator to join their team in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with the execution of the turnover process, supporting the development of the turnover database, and responsible for application of system number to engineering drawings and ITRs.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing tag to system validation checks as well as the quality record validation checks and ensure that the database is current based on the checks. Along with this, they maintain and update punch lists, prepare System Compilation Manuals/Turnover Packages, and ensure all deficiencies resulting from walkdowns are correctly entered into the database and are cleared in timely manner with construction.
Qualifications
- Preference for Bachelor of Engineering or related education and equivalent project experience
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial construction, oil and gas, or related industries
- Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal
