We currently seek a Workface Planning Facilitator to work on a contract basis in Kazakhstan. We seek someone with a Civil / Structural background who is available to start in Jan 2019. You will work a 6x3 rotation and the contract will run through until 2021.

The overall objective of this position is to provide trade specific WFP guidance in the disciplines that can be used to help train and guide local WFP facilitators and contractors.

Specific Responsibilities
• The WFP Senior Facilitator comes from a supervision background and is familiar with all aspects of construction and with the workface planning process and will be involved in training other WFP Facilitators on an as-required basis
• Supports Contractor WFP planners with the development and assembly of IWPs, ensuring that safety, quality and efficiency at the Workface and that the broader principles as laid out in the Workface Planning Implementation Plan and in Exhibit H are considered in the planning process
• Coordinates with and provides construction knowledge to help project schedulers, engineers, other WFP facilitators and superintendents
• Ensures IWP data submitted by Contractor Workface Planners is accurate, in the appropriate format, and of appropriate quality

Must be familiar with:
• RoK Labour Code, statutes and regulations as applicable to this job
• Workface Planning Implementation Plan
• Exhibit H as applicable for individual contracts

• Higher Education Certification (Red Seal, HND, HNC, or BSc)
• Have knowledge of health, environment and safety (HES) industry best practices
• Knowledgeable about construction trade disciplines or discipline specialty
• General knowledge of engineering process related to WBS, Path of Construction Development, Constructability, and CWP development
• General knowledge of materials management systems and procedures
