"TRS is looking for a Yard Production Engineering Project Coordinator with Fabrication Yard project experience within the Oil and Gas Industry join our International Client's Fabrication Yard Project based in Karimun, Indonesia."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Review design and fabrication drawings with relevant standards and specifications.
• Perform structural check and calculation note and prepare bill of material.
• Preparation of Fabrication design change request and Technical queries and Coordinates the implementation.
• Coordinate development and issuance of fabrication drawings and review material take off (MTO).
• Analyze schedule trends, develop and review schedule forecasts and Perform Technical bid evaluation.
• Prepares and compiles weekly and monthly Reports (schedule & progress) as required.
• Participates in gathering and recording Lessons Learned for the project.
• Perform clash and interface checks, identify conflicts and take corrective action in coordination with other engineering discipline input.
• Following up of fabrication works on site to ensure conformance to design drawings, specification and standards.
• Ensure that all health, safety and legal requirements are being met throughout the process.
• Coordinate the upload of fabrication drawings onto document management system (DACS) and upload of fabrication material take off (MTO) and weld summary list (WSL) onto fabrication management system (FMS).
• Coordinate the preparation of As-built drawings for project final documentation.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Tertiary qualification in Project Engineering or equivalent is typically required.
• Minimum 7-12 years’ Fabrication Yard project experience in Oil and Gas Environment.
