TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting long-term opportunity for Procurement Manager role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct all procurement management development activities including quotation requests, negotiation, change management, project execution and close-out etc.
Perform evaluations, claim reviews, and negotiation
Manage and oversee procurement management processes in accordance with PPM and PEP
Supervise and lead all aspects of procurement management activities including material planning, purchasing, logistics etc.
Support bid evaluation plans
Responsible for interface management including project controls, contracts, construction, finance, HSE etc.
Prepare, issue, and present all relevant reports
Perform other duties as assigned/required

Key Requirements:

At least 15 years of related procurement management experience in the large-sized EPCM projects
Technical knowledge associated with procurement management processes
Prior experience in the home office and field work
Experience in Mining is required
Experiencing leading procurement managements activities in large-sized EPCM projects is an asset
An effective communicator
