TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a Project Interface Manager role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for interface-related challenges, driving timely and effective solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on interface status and progress.
  • Organize and run regular coordination meetings with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Review and validate interface specifications, design documents, and contractor submissions.
  • Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to maintain alignment.
  • Establish and manage an interface database to track issues, actions, and resolutions.
  • Proactively identify interface risks and implement strategies to minimize project impact.
  • Oversee the entire interface management process, ensuring compliance with approved plans and standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
 
  • 15+ years in engineering, construction, or project management roles with a focus on interface management.
  • Strong technical understanding of multi-disciplinary engineering principles and large-scale project execution.
  • Proven ability to manage complex interfaces across multiple contractors and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging diverse teams.
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments.
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with major EPC projects and familiarity with project controls, risk management, and HSE standards.
  • Background in large industrial or mining projects
