As they foresee continuous growth potential and moving on to another phase of the project, they are seeking to fill a Construction Estimator role who would take part in continuously developing their group into a more competitive and collaborative team of experts in their own chosen field. 

CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR (RAILWAY TRACK) - Toronto based opportunity and client is open to relocate the right candidate.

Requirements:
-Holds a university degree or technical college diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

• Holds a degree from a university or technical college in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Has over 8 years of hands-on experience estimating large-scale and complex projects, with expertise across various areas (civil, structures, track, stations).
• Requires experience specifically related to railway track.
• Proficient in analyzing intricate construction drawings and blueprints.
• Possesses a deep understanding of construction methods, contracts, and cost control techniques.
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in standard Microsoft software (Excel, Word, etc.), along with additional experience in Adobe, Visio, and Bluebeam.
• Exhibits exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships.
• Communicates effectively and pays meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven leadership abilities, inspiring teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, ensuring efficiency in time-sensitive situations.
• Approaches work with a results-oriented mindset and unwavering commitment to quality and excellence.
