TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting long-term opportunity for Electrical Estimator to work for one of the electrical industry leader in Vancouver. The work location is in East Vancouver.
Key Responsibilities: • Worked with estimating software to produce accurate quotations for materials • Maintain professional and positive relationship with clients and suppliers • Review and understand drawings and specifications • Understand estimating processes • Communicate with clients for information gathering and specifications clarifications • Participate in bid review meetings as well as bid closing activities • Coordinate and communicate with clients to ensure pricing is within the final quotations • Perform other duties as required
Key Requirements: • At least 2 years of direct experience in Estimating • Previous experience working in electrical construction industry or related fields • Excellent knowledge in Canadian Electrical Code • Proficiency and experience using MS Office Suites, Accubid Pro, Bluebeam etc. • Red Seal Certification
