TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a Site Contracts Administrator role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers engineering input and technical guidance to support structural construction activities.
• Applies knowledge of structural codes, standards, and best practices during construction.
• Reviews structural and architectural drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluates and approves vendor shop drawings before fabrication starts.
• Supports contractor supervisors and trades personnel by clarifying structural issues found in design documents.
• Participates in resolving structural and architectural design or construction challenges as they arise.
• Manages, tracks, and prepares responses to structural and architectural RFIs.
• Contributes to constructability assessments for all structural scopes of work.
• Performs structural calculations; both manual and software‑based; for foundations, concrete elements, and steel structures.
• Demonstrates advanced capability with engineering analysis for structural components (foundations, concrete, and steel).

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience on comparable projects.
• Holds, or is eligible to obtain, P.Eng accreditation with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in standard computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
