You would be at work within a growing EPCM/construction firm with projects worldwide and joining a team of talented professionals all working towards one goal. In this exciting role, the qualified individual will be reporting to the Flawless Project Delivery Manager and will be the focal representative on the construction site and expected to ensure that the FPD program is developed and implemented through a collaborative approach interfacing with project teams, vendors and contractors.

Job duties:
-To act as the representative regarding FPD on the project site
-Ensure visibility of FPD (Preparing posters, FPD bulletins defining site condition good verses bad practice).
-Responsible for the FPD program progress and provide corrective actions
-Set-up effective communications with the construction team, and Contractor Flawless focal points and monitor the implementation of actions from Flawless-related plans
-Responsible for the implementation of specific philosophies / targets / standards, monitoring progress ensuring Project Management Teams are kept up to date

Qualifications:
-Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent industry experience in Flawless project Delivery.
-10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
-At a minimum 5 years’ experience in Flawless Project Delivery or Operations Readiness preferred
-Experience with Quality Systems.
-Experience in Project Management Systems
