Our client, an industry leader in the Commercial ICI sector is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Edmonton, AB. Responsibilities
As a Project Manager you will take pride in supporting the projects within light industrial, institutional, commercial, retail and tenant improvement work;
- Project management from pre-construction to completion; design, budgets, billing & invoicing, schedules, and planning
- Lead project meetings with strong presentation skills and stakeholder relationships
- Manage forecasting, cost reporting and cashflow to ensure project profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 8-12 years' experience is preferred on construction sites
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Proven track record of project profitability
- MS Office, Excel and Project Management Software
