TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a Senior Project Manager role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.

Responsibilities:
 

• Foster a collaborative work environment, guiding teams towards shared goals.
• Ensure all project activities comply with contractual obligations and client requirements.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop strategies for successful project execution.
• Lead large-scale projects or programs, focusing on safety, quality, value, and timely delivery.
• Promote professional growth and development within the team.
• Manage project costs and schedules through effective controls and reporting systems.
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols, ensuring adherence to HSE standards throughout project phases.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Previous leadership experience and strong organizational skills.
• Minimum 25 years’ related experience and 15 years’ experience in project management, particularly in mining projects.
• Proven success in managing large-scale projects, including international assignments.
• Knowledge of regulatory processes and permitting requirements.
• Expertise in developing execution plans and implementing ESG initiatives.
• Proficiency in managing various commercial contract models.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
