Senior Transportation Engineer

Our client, a reputed multidisciplinary engineering consulting company, is seeking candidates for a role of Senior Transportation Engineer for their team in Regina/Winnipeg.

The Senior Transportation Engineer would be reporting to the Transportation Department Head, and will lead the Transportation teams’ functional, preliminary and detailed design through all aspects of projects. This individual would work on a multitude of projects, ranging from highways, urban and rural roads, transit, active transportation, and many more.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• P.Eng or eligibility for registration
• 15+ years of experience in road and municipal design
• Proven managerial experience with leading planning, design and implementation of transportation infrastructure projects
• Software skills: AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation
• Very strong technical skills
• Working knowledge of TAC Geometric Design Guide and AASHTO Standards
