We are seeking a seasoned SITE AREA MANAGER to lead early works and execution planning for a major remote mining development. This role is ideal for a senior construction professional with deep experience in remote camp infrastructure and large-scale industrial projects.

SITE AREA MANAGER – REMOTE MINING INFRASTRUCTURE (CONTRACT)
Location: Northern British Columbia (Fly-in/Fly-out)
Type: Contractor | Duration: 1-2 Years
Project Timeline: Final Construction Phase Target – End of 2027
Rotation Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Working Hours: 12 hour shift
Project: Tier-1 Copper-Gold Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee engineering consultants and ensure alignment with execution strategies.
- Lead early works planning and execution, including infrastructure and camp development.
- Develop and manage the execution plan for assigned project areas.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and budget.
- Interface with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing industrial or mining projects valued at $200–$300 million or more.
- Extensive experience in remote camp construction, including infrastructure and services.
- Strong background in owner-side project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage engineering consultants and contractor teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills.
- Willingness to work on a fly-in/fly-out rotation from major hubs in BC or Alberta.
