We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded Labourer to support our shop and warehouse operations. This role assists with cleaning, organizing, equipment handling, and general maintenance activities. It’s ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, physically capable, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment. Opportunities for advancement exist for those with additional equipment certifications or prior experience.
Responsibilities
Perform detailing and cleaning of heavy equipment, vehicles, and support equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and operational safety of the wash bay and surrounding shop area.
Clean and organize parts, tools, and components to support efficient repair and maintenance activities.
Assist in the disassembly and preparation of heavy equipment and components for maintenance or transport.
Organize and maintain equipment and materials in the yard to ensure accessibility and readiness.
Assist with inventory levels of shop supplies, consumables and with restocking.
Support shop personnel by assisting with day-to-day tasks to enhance workflow and efficiency.
Ensure all work areas meet Client’s safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid forklift certification
Warehouse experience preferred
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in a shop/warehouse environment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions
Basic understanding of tools, cleaning equipment, and safe work practices
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Valid Class 5 Drivers’s License
Able to provide a recent driver’s abstract upon request
Willing and able to travel occasionally as required
