ASSISTANT CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (SHORING & EXCAVATION) - GTA, Ontario
(Ability to work in their project office 5 days a week is a must)
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating different project elements, ensuring quality standards, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.

Requirements:
-Education: Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
-Must have at least 5 years of experience in shoring and excavation within the construction industry.
-Must have strong experience in shoring and excavation (focus tiebacks, struts/walers construction) as this will be a big upcoming challenge for their project.
-Successful completion of construction projects valued at $50M+.
-Strong understanding of commercial contracts.
-Proven ability to build strong internal and external partnerships and achieve results.
-Advanced understanding of quality, health, and safety legislation, standards, and guidelines.
-Demonstrated excellent leadership and management skills including competence in problem solving, team building, planning, and decision making.
