Key Responsibilities:
• Administer contracts to ensure timelines and deliverables are met, as well as provide leadership to ensure risks are minimized
• Develop, implement, and analyze risk management plans
• Report regularly to associated PMs and Directors regarding analytics on commercial issues
• Responsible for project close out and post practical completion, as well as other commercial management processes
• Implement and monitor procurement plans and scheduling processes
• Oversee and monitor bidding processes, as well as evaluate submitted bids
• Responsible and lead contracts drafting, review and negotiation
• Ensure all contractually required notices are delivered effectively to the partnering/associated clients
• Perform other duties as required
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Legal, or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of direct commercial management experience in related fields
• Previous work experience with risk identification and management
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working as contractors in large commercial projects
• Experience with integrated ERP systems
• Previous working knowledge of finance, accounting and project reporting
• Sound knowledge of change management principles and demonstrated work experience with these principles
• Direct work experience with various types of commercial contracts
• Working knowledge of contract laws and jurisdictions
• Excellent organizational, communication and writing skills, as well as leadership skills
• Experience working with Primavera P6 scheduling software is preferred
