Here is an exciting opportunity to join an Engineering Consultancy in Calgary as an Electrical Engineer! You would be working within a growing team with projects worldwide. The successful candidate for this role will be working within the energy and petrochemical sectors establishing a course of action within limits of company practices and guidelines for all related project activities.

Job Duties:

Lead small and large capital projects up to $300M
Create specifications for electrical equipment, develop data sheets and conduct technical evaluations for bids.
Perform checks of completed work and provide mentorship to more junior engineers.
Work with project/client/, procurement, permit, and subcontract activities.

Qualifications:

Accredited degree in applicable field of study
Professional Engineer Certification, P.Eng is preferred
5+ years of experience
Experience in the Energy and Petrochemical industries is preferred
