Here is an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering Consultancy client in Calgary as a Project Engineer! You would be working within a growing team on projects worldwide. The successful candidate for this role will be working within the energy and petrochemical sectors establishing a course of action within limits of company practices and guidelines for all related project activities.

Job Duties:

Supports the Engineering and/or Project Manager in deliverables related to scope of work and engineering packages
Collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Provides technical knowledge towards engineering design and development, and monitors project budget, quality and potential risks associated with the project.
Ensuing adherence to project quality standards
Good understanding and experience in multiple phases of project execution.
Extensive knowledge of the engineering and construction industry.

Qualifications:

Accredited degree in applicable field of study
Professional Engineer background, P.Eng is preferred
Successful project delivery as a Project Engineer on large capital projects
5+ years of experience in project engineering within EPC/EPCM projects.
