Our client is a major player in the infrastructure construction industry and are seeking a Quality File Clerk to join their team in Windsor, ON. The successful candidate should be energetic and keen to learn new tasks as required. This individual would ideally have a background in document and data management systems and would have an interest in construction administration.

Key Job Duties:
• Receive, log, and file design documents.
• Data entry into document management database.
• Issue project transmittals and keep transmittal record database.
• Maintain the drawing and specification logs and all other design documentation logs for access to the project team.

Key Qualifications:
• Energetic and flexible to take on tasks as required.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work tasks.
• Ability to work within a team environment or autonomously as required.
• Efficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Access) and electronic data management systems.
