TRS is working with a client based in Greater Vancouver who is looking for an Intermediate to Senior Roofing Consultant. This is one of the few companies that promotes tenure and job security for those who wants to stay in the building science industry.

Requirements:
- Completed Engineering (Civil/Structural) or Architecture
- Active P.Eng status or Registered Architect
- Eligible for RRO or RCABC Inspector
- 3-7 years of practical consulting background in roofing and building envelope or building science.
- Technical and/or Management background relevant to technical report writing, risk reviews and assessments, BECA, and applied engineering design.
- Must have worked on projects related to new construction, restoration, retrofit in high-rise, residential or commercial building structures.
- Someone who demonstrates adaptability, teamwork, and strong ability to communicate and verbalize concrete actions would be valuable to this role.
