Senior Design Manager - Design Build/P3

The Opportunity

Our client, an industry leader in the Engineering Consultancy sector is looking for a Design Build Manager to join their team in Vancouver, BC. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to further progress their careers within the Engineering industry for Major Design Build & P3 Infrastructure Projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years in Design Build/ P3 industry experience within a consulting environment with projects over $200 million. Project management experience with the ability to provide technical direction, engineering design and manage projects from conception to completion is desired. In addition, this individual will work together with his team to ensure schedules, budgets and quality is attained. You are an encouraging mentor, strong at building teams and create new opportunities to grow the business.

Additional Requirements:
• Civil or Structural Engineering Degree
• P.Eng in good standing
• Solid knowledge within TAC and BC/AB MOT design standards
• MS Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Solid supervision, coaching and mentoring background
• Ability to interface with clients in the public sector
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
