Mike Innes is TRS Workforce Solutions (TRS WFS) Global Managing Director, responsible for the sales, operations, and P&L. Mike has over 25 years of international workforce experience. He specialises in designing large scale workforce solutions for major CAPEX projects in the Energy, Renewables, and Infrastructure sectors.

Based in the London office, Mike has very broad international experience having managed operations in the UK, North America, Europe and the Middle East as well as opening high performing businesses in Kuwait & India. Mike established the TRS WFS offshore resourcing centre that supports client Managed Services (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) programs around the world. He is a passionate advocate of cross border collaboration to optimise efficiencies in MSP and RPO programs.
