Junior Recruiter

TRS Staffing is growing and with this increasing workload, we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team. TRS Staffing specializes in supplying full project life cycle technical personnel across a broad spectrum of global industries. We are seeking individuals with a drive to earn and serve our clients, and a passion to succeed and grow within our team.

In this role you will:
- Build and develop relationships with candidates in the labour market through written and verbal communication, understanding and discussing needs and opportunities
- Develop a strong pool of candidates by building a network of contacts in a given industry or skill set
- Recruit through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), social media outlets, placing job advertisements, and identifying new and creative means to source and attract potential talent
- Bringing candidates to market through industry research and client development activities

You will possess:
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience in an applicable field.
- 1-2 years of professional customer service experience such as retail, food service, or telemarketing.
- Strong MS Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-motivated attitude, ability to be target driven with a strong sense of urgency
- Must be authorized to legally work in Canada
