TRS has an exciting opportunity for Scheduler/Planner role! Our client is seeking reinforcement in their team in Toronto, ON! 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, verify, and integrate work scopes from various entities into the project plan, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project scope.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, implementing key scheduling requirements like activity coding, naming conventions, and client protocol.
  • Support resource planning by forecasting labor, material, and equipment requirements throughout the project.
  • Prepare progress reports and dashboards to update internal and external stakeholders on project status.
  • Analyze schedule variance, float, and trends, monitoring schedule performance indicators.
  • Conduct audits on schedules, including subcontractor-produced ones, and generate necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update schedule data and plans as needed.
  • Assist in integrating 5D scheduling with 3D models and cost data, reporting outputs such as cash flow and sequence simulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-7 years of planning experience in major projects.
  • Strong proficiency in planning, scheduling, and managing complex projects.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Expertise in project Planning and Scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6.
