Key Responsibilities
- Timecard Reconciliation: Reconcile daily timecards, verify hours worked, and track overtime, absences, and call-ins.
- Clock Alley Monitoring: Oversee employee clocking areas to ensure proper badge usage and prevent buddy-punching.
- HR Coordination: Coordinate data entry for new hires, rehires, terminations, and rate changes between on-site HR and Payroll.
- Reporting: Update infraction databases, analyze reports, and issue required daily reports to site management.
Basic Requirements
- Experience: Typically requires a combination of education and directly related experience equal to 3 years.
- Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with standard timekeeping software, badge/biometric systems, and accounting software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills to interact effectively with management, craft workers, and vendors.
