This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, comfort working with data and procurement systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, project controls, operations, and external suppliers.
The role focuses on supporting procurement workflow, managing tender documentation, coordinating supplier communication, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the procurement team by clearing database backlogs and maintaining accurate procurement records
- Receive and distribute tender information promptly to internal stakeholders
- Issue project documents and tender packages to suppliers and contractors using Aconex
- Maintain logs, trackers, and structured filing systems for all procurement and tender documentation
- Expedite outstanding information requests to ensure timely responses from suppliers and internal teams
- Manage end-to-end procurement tasks, including document preparation, tracking, and workflow coordination
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project controls, operations, and engineering to ensure alignment with project standards and processes
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and contractors
- Generate and issue RFX packages (RFI, RFQ, RFP) to qualified tenderers
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) using SAP
- Process vendor invoices for approval and payment
- Support the timely distribution and receipt of tender-related information throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, administration
- Experience with Aconex and SAP is a MUST
- EPC background is a must
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle large volumes of documentation with accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with shifting priorities
