Key Responsibilities
- Develop process-flow diagrams (PFDs) and P&IDs, perform mass and energy balances
- Conduct process simulations using Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD, or similar tools
- Identify bottlenecks and design process modifications to improve throughput and yield
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis during startup and operation
- Prepare process-safety documentation, HAZOP studies, and Management of Change (MOC) packages
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure smooth handover to construction
- Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process, or a related Engineering discipline
- Familiarity with process-simulation software and basic process-control theory
