General Manager
We are seeking a General Manager for our client on a direct hire basis. Our client is an Aerospace manufacturing company. They provide customers with support by manufacturing their engineered parts requirements. The General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our Aerospace Manufacturing Company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing operations, team leadership, strategic planning, and business development within the aerospace Industry. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth, operational excellence, and profitability while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based out of Corona, CA. Monday – Friday. 7:00AM – 3:30PM.

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting, ability to work with spreadsheets such as Excel.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Job Duties:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, goals, and initiatives to drive growth, and profitability,
- Collaborate with the management team to establish long-term plans and objectives for the company.
- Encourage a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide strong leadership to the management team and all employees, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
- Make informed decisions to allocate resources effectively and optimize financial performance.
