Job Title: Payroll Specialist

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
Setting up and continued maintenance of employees in Kronos
Provide various weekly & monthly reports
Maintenance of Kronos
Promote positive employee relations
Other duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES:
Dedication to Safety
High School Diploma/GED at minimum, 2 year degree/diploma preferred
Knowledge of Federal and State Wage and Hours Laws
3 years of Payroll experience in a manufacturing or production setting
Kronos and ADP experience (current versions are Kronos WorkForce Ready by UKG, and ADP: WorkforceNow
Intermediate user in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, table creation with formulas)

Drug Screen and Background Check required prior to employment.
