Service Entry Analyst

Client in Lake Charles is seeking a Service Entry Analyst to join their team for a long-term contract. Ideal candidates will have some professional experience with Data-Entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create service entries for timely payments.
• Monitor email and SAP VIM system.
• Highlight invoice discrepancies.
• Facilitate service entry approvals.
• Adjust purchase orders with procurement.
• Resolve invoice issues.
• Assist with SAP HR processes.
• Improve service entry processes.
• Update Outline Agreements.
• Ensure compliance with policies.
• Build stakeholder relationships.
• Resolve GR/IR issues quarterly.
• Conduct necessary analysis.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

• 5+ years with High School diploma or 3+ years with Bachelor's degree.
• SAP experience preferred.
