Lindsey has worked in recruiting and staffing since 2008, serving the Houston market throughout her career. She has supported a wide range of industries, including oil & gas, manufacturing, scientific, professional services, and both technical and non-technical recruiting. Lindsey holds certifications in individual and group coaching and is a graduate of Baylor University.

She joined TRS in 2018 and currently serves as Senior Branch Manager. Prior to TRS, Lindsey held roles in recruiting, account recruiting management, recruiter training, business development, and talent acquisition leadership.
