Our client, a leading General Contractor with projects worldwide, is currently recruiting for a Design Manager for their office in Montreal, QC. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to join a multinational corporation with a strong presence in construction and infrastructure. The selected candidate will report into the VP of Operations and they’ll be responsible for overseeing design deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and requirements.

In this very exciting role, the selected candidate will oversee design and engineering for the organization’s teams, they will manage the design process and review procedures associated with the design work, and they will oversee project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Master’s in Engineering is preferred
• 10+ years of experience on large heavy civil projects including bridges and highways
• Must have demonstrated experience with overseeing design and engineering teams
• Bilingual – must be fluent in French and English
