Our client that provides a full range of architectural, planning and interior design services is looking for reinforcement in their team. This firm is widely recognized for expertise in retail, residential, mixed-use, office and senior health-care projects. They are dedicated to high quality design, exceptional client service and the incorporation of sustainable design principles in their projects.

Requirements

• Experience ranging from 5 to 7 years in the Architectural Industry
• Proven expertise in building technology, encompassing wood frame and multifamily residential projects
• Completion of a certified program in Building Technology or Architecture from a recognized institution
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a high level of competency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Proficient in detailing and possesses a strong grasp of sustainable design principles
• Familiarity with municipal approval processes
• Comprehensive understanding of the BC Building Code (Part 3) and ASHRAE 90.1
• Capable of managing priorities and meeting tight deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective coordination abilities with clients, consultants, and Municipal staff
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration both independently and within project teams
• Excellent communication abilities
