Job Summary
The HSE Supervisor is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. This role supports operational teams by enforcing regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safety, and minimizing workplace risks and environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily HSE operations and ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits.
Develop, implement, and maintain safety procedures, policies, and programs.
Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
Track, analyze, and report HSE performance metrics and trends.
Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee safety training programs.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to improve workplace safety culture.
Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management and emissions control.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HSE-related inspections and audits.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
3–7+ years of HSE experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or energy sectors.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations.
Relevant certifications such as CSP, ASP, NEBOSH, or OSHA 30-hour preferred.
Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Working Conditions
May require work in industrial or field environments with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying weather conditions.
Ability to walk sites, climb ladders, and occasionally lift up to 25–50 lbs.
May require flexible hours, including weekends or on-call availability.
