Key Responsibilities:
- Managing seven high-profile clients within the engineering, mining, and oil & gas sectors, fostering strong in-house relationships.
- Delivering accurate reporting and impactful presentations.
- Participating in bids and tenders, including drafting client-specific costing models.
- Driving problem-solving initiatives and collaborating closely with cross-functional departments to develop effective solutions.
- Leveraging experience with ATS systems and team management to optimize operational efficiency.
- Responsible for oversight of client’s account, provide consistency of service, and up-sell additional services to the client.
- Drive utilization upward for both contract and direct hires.
- Manage, maintain, and improve the strategic relationship with key stakeholders.
- Participate in recruitment meetings.
- Strong networking/relationship building ability.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and human resource practices.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and eight (8) years* of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twelve (12) years* if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
