Location: Anderson, SC
Shift: 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm)
Status of Hire: full-time, direct hire
Starting pay: $32.74/hr plus $.25/hr shift differential
(3 months in: $33.40/hr + SD, 12 Months in: $34.05/hr + SD)

Objective: Maintain the automotive, automated paint production process (Fanuc and ABB robots, paint booths, water treatment processes), follow paint processes, ensure basic maintenance and troubleshooting are performed, analyze and correct deviations to improve equipment overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
Responsibilities:
Manage scrap, paint consumption, paint OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), standardization
Start and stop the paint line, minimize stops of the paint line
Control paint operation and equipment (including robots), deploy paint standards in the shift
Check quality and conformity of the application process according to quality requirements and procedures (PPCM)
Apply maintenance level 1 procedures for robots and all paint equipment (guns, jigs...), maintain paint applicators
In case of defects, contribute to root cause analysis, action plan set up, and deploy within shift the corrective actions
Monitor paint assessment results
Contribute to continuous improvement workshops; propose measures to improve product and process quality
Follow up and optimize continuously paint consumption (primer, basecoat, clear coat, hardeners, and solvents, rinsing solvents...)
Maintain safety in paint line
Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience in painted parts production (class A surfaces manufacturing environment)
Previous experience maintaining Fanuc and/or ABB robotic paint spray equipment and setting process parameters for robotic paint equipment in a manufacturing environment (ideally automotive manufacturing environment)
Basic hand tool knowledge, industrial maintenance and equipment troubleshooting ability (mechanical, electrical, hydrauli
