People Leadership Admin Support

We currently seek a high caliber People Leadership Admin Support for a long-term basis within our client’s team of experienced professionals. Based in Lake Forest, CA.

Working directly with the Director, People Leadership, this role will primarily support a variety of People Leadership and Business Operations needs which include benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, staff training, annual reviews, and other functions of the Leadership team.

Job Requirements

• A 4-year degree in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of payroll processing
• Hands-on knowledge of HR operations and administration
• Working knowledge of HR-related state and federal regulations
• Strong knowledge of various benefit programs
• Strong proficiency using software programs such as MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

• Spearhead recruiting efforts using various job boards, social media sites, and outside agencies to identify and attract candidates.
• Initiate all background checks and drug testing of all new hires.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude towards company goals.
• Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all required documents are executed and received and all necessary access/equipment is provided.
• Train all new hires on how to log in to their personnel file using Innovative Business Solutions (IBS).
• Train all new hires how to clock in and out using NoahFace attestation tablets.
• Ensures employees are on pace with all harassment and quarterly trainings.
• Assists with annual review, updates, and posting of the employee handbook
• Provides detailed safety protocols to all new hires.
• Conduct annual I-9 audits and correct any identified errors.
• Process biweekly payrolls, as well as special payrolls (i.e., final checks.)
