JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Accredited professional architectural degree based on country requirements and four (4) years of work-related experience; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Completion of internship program
• Professional architectural registration
• Expertise using Revit both as a design tool and in the production of architectural deliverables. Revit responsibilities per project typically include architectural material takeoffs, smart families established to interface with project databases, and tracking status of deliverables within the Revit model
• Intermediate knowledge of discipline codes and standards, commercial availability and cost of materials, means and methods of construction
• Practical field experience
