Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology.
- Design and develop new systems or modify existing systems to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation of system solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to end-users.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Ensure data integrity and security by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages and software development methodologies.
- Experience with SAP MM and SAP Ariba is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
