• Work on-site daily from a Temporary Office Trailer along with the EV Construction Management Team
• Learn, enhance, develop, and facilitate site operations and project applicable company procedures; and where appropriate, suggest ideas and give thoughts on streamlining existing processes.
• Collaborate and communicate with members of the onsite execution teams, internal company teams, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to create and improve project field processes to add value, save time, and increase efficiency.
• Complete ad-hoc projects, including potential creation and proof reading of slide decks, spreadsheets, emails, and other documents as needed throughout the project.
• Administrative support, including scheduling meetings and scribing notes, ensuring the project office is kept in professional manner, ensuring appliances are maintained, office equipment and supplies ordering and management, ordering team meals, and organizing gatherings & events.
• Perform receiving inspections in the field, check quality control, and document any overage shortage, or damage on all EV Procured materials, and equipment deliveries.
• Facilitate site access for Carrier deliveries and security process, procedure, and compliance, for project personnel and visitors.
• Manage General Contractor’s field contract documentation creation, filing, storage, platform administration, and reporting.
• Facilitate site personnel and visitor IT hardware, communications equipment, and software interface.
• Order, maintain and manage project personal protective equipment, company branding, signage, stickers, and apparel.
