Job Title: Project Manager

Reports To: Director of Operations

Job Overview: Manages logistics of multiple construction projects while supporting cost-savings, growth and maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensures crew safety compliance, performance standards and manages subcontractors
• Attends internal meetings
• Attends environmental and construction meetings
• Acts as a liaison with clients
• Maintains accurate reporting
• Provide technical oversight/support
• Plan and manage tasks and team members
• Interact and coordinate regularly with clients and sub-contractors
• Document management and preparation
• Environmental Assessments
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience identifying erosion, drainage, grading and environmental problems
• Experience with environmental oversight, compliance, inspections, NPDES/SWPPP, CEPSCI, DHEC/DNR
• Understands and interprets construction plans to ensure proper design, specifications and sequence of activities
• Experience in crew operations and management
• Current driver’s license and good driving record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree of equivalent work experience
