TRS Staffing is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Construction Project Manager for a Direct-Hire position in Greenwood, SC.

This position offers significant opportunities for growth within a state-of-the-art, food-grade facility.

Responsibilities Include:
• Manage new plant build and capital projects that range from $10,000 to $5,000,000+, supervising an entire project through the effective management of capital funds.
• Coordinate and review contractor and vendor activity and interface with corporate personnel as required ensuring all standards are maintained.
• Develop plans and schedules for project work, taking initiative to develop new approaches and solutions.
• Participate in defining engineering standards.
• Work with plant maintenance, operations, quality, internal and external engineers, and support vendors to ensure that manufacturing equipment is operating correctly.
• Implement process improvements and changes focusing on yields and changeovers.
• Other related duties as required by senior leadership.

Requirements Include:
• Bachelor of Science degree (EE/ME/CHE) PMP Certification (Preferred)
• 5 + years of industrial experience OR MS/MBA with 2-5 years of experience.
• Experience with new construction, specifically new plant startup/commissioning
• Familiarity with Industry Standards UL and CE.
• Willingness to work off-shifts to support projects and processes
• Experience with: Programming Logic Controllers (PLC) (e.g. Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
• Configuring and designing HMI/OIT systems
